We had the best time at the Children's Museum today. Sophie and Hannah wore themselves out. So much so that Hannah actually drank from her sippy cup. Sophie was very shy at first when it came to the other kids. She was playing at a table when a little boy came over to play with her. She lowered her eyes and tucked her chin down and wouldn't acknowledge him. I finally asked her if she would feel better if Daddy were here and she nodded. It was so sad. But it didn't take long for her to get acclimated. Both girls were very good about sharing. It was a nice day all around.
Starting off small...sorting through a basket of toys.
Sophie loved, loved, loved this "magic cauldron". She spent half the day in this treehouse.
Moving blocks from the ledge to the windowsill and back again.
Coloring. Mostly just putting crayons in a cup and then taking them out.
Piggies.

How much is a "magic cauldron?" I may have to buy her one.
What a great place, it looks like so much fun. It's nice to see them so interested in everything.
