The girls get so excited when Craig comes home. If we're playing in the living room and we hear Craig in the garage Sophie and Hannah immediately stop what they're doing and stare at the door. Sometimes if one of them doesn't have a good view of the door they lean over to try to get a better view. When Craig walks in I shout "Daddy's Home!" and Sophie and Hannah smile, kick, and jump around until he picks up each one.
Yesterday Craig came home early and he was there when they woke up from their afternoon nap. The girls were thrilled. I picked up Hannah who was still sleepy and Craig picked up Sophie. We spent a few minutes in the nursery and then I started to bring Hannah downstairs to get her bottle ready. Instant tears. Are you kidding me? I brought Hannah back so she could see Craig and she stopped crying. I started to walk away again. The lower lip came out and more water works. Oh Good Lord. I brought her back to Craig who picked her up and she....giggled. Stinker!
Of course I get to spend all day with them so I'm not complaining!

great photo!!
Oh that's so cute! They are getting so much more aware of their surroundings. It's amazing to see their personalities grow. And it's so nice that they love seeing Craig. You have a happy family.
When Z&J hear the garage door open they know Daddy's home! Sad thing is they heard me say "Daddy's home!" so much that Zack now calls Daddy, "Daddyhome!" all mooshed together. It sounds a little like Daniel. *L*
Riley loves his daddy better than me too. He giggles like crazy for him!
