Bed Time

The other day Sophie and Hannah had trouble going to sleep because of the time change. They were both started crying as soon as we set them down in their cribs. When they didn't show any signs of stopping, Craig and I went up to soothe them. I sat on the floor next to Hannah's crib, reached in and smoothed her hair back and held her little hand. Craig sat next to Sophie's crib and was holding her hand. He would pat her hand, stop, then she would pat his hand. It was so cute. After a while they both just laid there staring at us. They didn't try to get us to play with them or anything like that. They just wanted to watch us and make sure we stayed in the room with them before they fell asleep.
