Sophie Crabapple

Sophie is such a Crabapple when she gets up in the morning or after her nap. She doesn't like to be picked up (or even looked at) until she's had a moment to collect herself. Sometimes we go through this song and dance where she raises her arms like she wants to be picked up but when I come over, she dramatically shakes her head, waves me off and runs to the corner of the crib. It's a whole production. Unless her daddy is the one to greet her. I can't say I blame her:)

Daddy makes everything okay.
