Lions and Tigers and Bears and....Carousel!

Today was a our first trip to the zoo!  Unfortunately it was very hot and a lot of the animals stayed inside in their cages. The few that were out weren't very active.  So there wasn't much for the girls to see.  We were able to get a good look at the elephants, a couple of bears, and some gorillas.  Oh and some really cute baby mountain goats.  Sophie liked to wave at the animals, especially the elephants.  The bears were a big hit with Hannah, especially after she had her bottle and played with Mom Mom's hat for a while.   But the big hit of the day was the carousel.  The carousel made it all worthwhile.

But we couldn't figure out what all the fuss was about.

The elephants were okaaay...

But not as much fun as Mom Mom's hat!

Oh and a gorilla sat right in front of us.  That was fun.

But wait...what do we have here?!  This is great!  I like this!

Hey Mom...this is cool!  

Wait a minute. Never mind.  I don't know about this?!

What was I so worried about?! This is fun!

This is the best ever.  Why did they make us look at all those silly animals when this was here?

Mom, we like the zoo!  We want to come back.
