One year ago today I found out I was pregnant. Actually one year ago today I was pregnant but I thought I wasn't pregnant but really I was pregnant. I truly found out I was pregnant the next day. Basically I got (what I thought was) a false positive on a pregnancy test and spent the next four hours on www.peeonastick.com researching evaporation lines.
Then I spent an agonizing 24 hours before I was able to take another test which came up positive right away (thank god!). And then there was another agonizing 7 days before I got the results of my blood test which did confirm that after 2 and a half years of trying I was indeed very pregnant.
It was one of the happiest days of my life. The happiest being the day Sophie and Hannah were born!
Even though they turned 4 months old a few days ago I decided it would be more appropriate to do their 4 month pictures today. Unfortunately they weren't having it. I ended up taking 34 (yes, 34!) pictures and they all basically looked like this:
Hmmm, this arm looks tasty.
Hey, let's lose this chick. She's holding us back.
Haha, somehow I managed to take a picture of myself
wiping away the drool on Hannah's face.
Uh oh, it's going from bad to worse.
Photo session is officially over!

What hilarious pictures!
Happy Anniversary of the first day of the rest of your life...or, the day before the first day of the rest of your life.
It's hard to believe that it was only a year ago that you were still hoping....and now you have two beautiful babies. What a blessing - how lucky are you! The pictures are great.
