Princesses and Batman and Babies

Hannah:  Guess what Mom? Two princesses had sleeping spells. Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. Because they both were fair.

After watching a Batman cartoon on TV:
Sophie: Mommy, is Batman real?
Me: No, he's just a story.
Sophie: Why isn't Batman real?
Hannah: Because he fights bad guys and daddies do that!

Here is another gem from today.  Hannah saw a picture of a very pregnant Kourtney Kardashian on the cover of a magazine in my room.  I could tell she was trying to figure out why she had such a large stomach.  I said, "There's a baby in there!"  She paused for a few seconds and then said "Did she eat it???"

The funny this is they have both seen pictures of me when I was pregnant with them.  I told them they were in my tummy.  I guess they think I ate them?
