So we are once again fighting bedtime. We had a short period of bliss when the girls would go to sleep with minimal effort. A book and a song usually did the trick. Now it is back to turning on the light, running around the room dancing. Most of the time they are opening the door for another kiss and a hug. It's driving us crazy. Hannah is the biggest offender before bedtime. Sophie is the biggest offender in the middle of the night, wanting us to tuck her in at 2am.
Last night was one of the bad nights. Hannah came out of her room for the 800th time to ask for yet another hug and kiss or to go to the bathroom (for the 200th time.) I was reading in my bed and just over it so I didn't even bother getting up. I just said "Go back to bed!" Every time she tried to say something I just said "Go back to bed!" or "Go to sleep!" She finally comes back with "Well, my dreamcatcher is not working!" I said "Yes it is." She shouted "No it is not!" and slammed the door shut. But she did go to sleep after that.
