Big Babies and Diapers

Great ultrasound. The babies weigh almost 4 lbs each! Baby A is 3 lbs 15 oz and Baby B is 3 lbs 13 oz. Suddenly I don't mind my 30 lb weight gain. I decided to celebrate the good news with a double chocolate chip frappucino (with whipped cream...like the clerk has to ask!). Unfortunately we didn't get any pictures. Baby A's head is down too low to get a good picture (typical) and Baby B had her back to us so we couldn't see her face. We did get to see Baby B practice breathing which was really cool. I didn't know they did that. And we saw someone's little foot which was the cutest thing ever.

Then yesterday we took our Basic Baby Care class. A long day but worth it since neither one of us has ever changed a diaper. Ever. Hard to believe considering I have 7 nieces and nephews! I have to say I did very well in the cloth diaper category. But then as Craig said there's isn't "a chance in hell" that we're doing cloth diapers. No offense to the cloth diaper moms but with two babies we're going for convenience. Here is a picture of Craig with his demo baby after learning how to put on a disposable diaper.
